Recent studies have shown that lawyers rank highly amongst the list of professions likely to suffer from depression and other mental health concerns. Because of this, the CLSS has instituted a Wellbeing portfolio. The aim of the portfolio is to create a safe space and promote a healthier lifestyle for all law and justice students at the University of Canberra.
Just remember that the Wellbeing team are students just like you and can relate to how intense and overwhelming studying law can be. So, if you ever need a spare friend, get in touch with the Wellbeing Portfolio and we’ll see how we can best support you.

'No matter who we are or where we live, we all share a basic concern for safety and well-being of our young people. Their welfare is the most telling measure of our nation’s success – and their potential is the most promising element of its future. It is up to us – all of us – to safeguard that future.' ~ Loretta Lynch ~
